Oh NightLife! On Thursday, January 9th we joined the California Academy of Sciences for an evening of skills, demonstrations, taxidermy, cocktails and fun. Skill Exchange hosted a series of workshops and demonstrations in Africa Hall, and met hundreds of San Franciscans curious about learning new skills in the new year.
Themed NightLife events are hosted at the museum every Thursday night from 6-10PM. If you were unable to join us at the museum, be sure to visit our teacher's websites for more information!

Sean of Punk Domestics shared a brief demonstration on how to make tea liqueur infusions. Tea liqueurs can be ready to enjoy in only a few hours after preparation, so they are a great beginner's infusion. Sean has kindly shared his full recipe and helpful instructions over at Punk Domestics.

Chef Sharon Ardiana lead two popular demonstrations on how to make hand-stretched mozzarella. By the end of the evening, Sharon and her helpers offered up over 1,000 mozzarella samples to the cheese-loving crowds.
