LEARN SKILLS
HAVE FUN
LEARN SOMETHING NEW
REPEAT

Skill Exchange is now on hiatus. Between 2011-2014, Skill Exchange hosted over 50 low-cost and/or free public workshops in San Francisco.

Skill Exchange is a traveling workshop series which aims to inspire the community to use their hands and learn traditional, hand making and self-reliance skills in a fun, social setting.  We work with local makers and small businesses to help our community build self-reliance skills through social skill exchange.

Mark your calendars, May 17th!

April 14, 2014 in Public event

After a long wintery hibernation, Skill Exchange is coming back this spring, with a whole new kind of collaborative learning experience. I can't share all the details just yet... but I can tease you with just a few hints about whats in store. Fire, knives, fish, fermentation, oh my!  We're cooking up a full day of workshops and new skills we've never offered before. Be prepared to roll up your sleeves and get your hands dirty, and join us for a meal at the end of the day to celebrate your accomplishments. This time around, we'll be offering early bird ticket prices here on the website and for newsletter subscribers.  Details coming soon!
